Eureka residents and visitors enjoyed a very successful Mother’s Day
Weekend participating in the Eureka Fly In, Car Show and associated
events.
13 planes arrived at the Eureka County Booth Bailey Field Airport
with a total of 32 flights in and out of the airport for the event.
The VFW honor guard held a flag presentation.
38 entries (35 cars and 3 motorcycles) participated in the car show
on Eureka’s Main Street between Clark and Robins. There were 12 car
entries from Eureka, 14 from Ely area (including McGill, Ruth and
East Ely), 10 from Elko County and one entry from Las Vegas.

Associated events included a Mother's Day Blueberry Pancake
Breakfast, a Perdiz Mother's Day Fun Shoot, and free flowers for
Moms.
